Formation of Contract
A contract between you and CSB Environmental Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once we confirm your order by emailing you to confirm that your payment has been accepted and that your order has been dispatched.
All goods will remain the property of CSB Environmental Ltd until paid for in full by the customer. Title of the goods will not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full by CSB Environmental Ltd, and until such time, we reserve the right to repossess any goods.
Prices and Payment
All prices quoted on this website are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate(s). Prices are subject to alteration without notice, but customers will pay the price advertised at the time of placing their order.
Prices quoted on the website do not include delivery charges, which are detailed elsewhere. Payment may be made online via credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal account balances. If you would prefer to pay using a cheque, you can choose this option at the checkout stage. Your order, including post and packing charges, must be paid for before we dispatch it. You should note that choosing to pay by cheque requires a longer processing time for your order.
